About this campspace
Hello, you want to reserve your pitch in our haven of well-being!
You have found the right place and we welcome you to Béarn at the gates of Pau.
We will welcome you with simplicity and conviviality! There will only be you in our garden: we want you to feel almost at home!
Enjoy the garden any day of the year.
The 3000 m² garden is enclosed and secure so that you make the most of your stay with us. The configuration of the garden will allow you to maintain your privacy.
Fruit and ornamental trees create shaded areas in different places in the garden so that you can rest sheltered from the sun.
The garden is decorated with a salt swimming pool, 11m long with a depth between 1.10m and 1.50m. It is open all year round but is not heated: we can give you advice on how to get into the water easily in winter.
Here tranquility reigns, even if the garden is close to the ring road.
The shops are 10 minutes from the house and the bus stop is close to us (5 minutes on foot)
We are close to Pau train station (10 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot).
If you have a vehicle, you can park it with us.
We will be delighted to share moments with you! we manage to speak English :-)
Activities
We offer many free activities with us: swimming in the pool (unless you take the "BASE" option where you will only have electricity), darts and board games (to ask us), relaxation and rest in the garden with a 5/6-seater Jacuzzi Spa at an additional cost.
Around us, you can go hiking in the mountains or in the plains and go out to the Basque coast to fish, surf or simply cool off in the water.
As a sports instructor, I offer Nordic Walking activities with loan of poles: outing to the banks of the Gave for 1 hour and gentle physical activities "Beginner Pilates/Stretching/Body Zen/Relaxation" for 1 hour with loan of equipment. In addition, as a well-being and energy massage practitioner, I can also offer you massages lasting 30 minutes to 1 hour: a pure moment of relaxation!
For all sporting activities and/or massages and/or access to the Spa Jacuzzi: additional services to be booked with me the day before.

We will agree together on the reception time, the services and options offered and the additional rates of your choice:
The tourist tax will be added per night and per person
PRICES OF OPTIONS: to be paid on site and at an additional cost.
Motorhome OPTION: €5/person/night (if no use of our WC, shower and summer kitchen). The swimming pool and electricity are included in this supplement.
ALL-INCLUSIVE OPTION: €8/person/night (electricity, water, WC, shower, summer kitchen, swimming pool included in this supplement). Ideal option for campers in tents or vans not equipped with WC and shower
BASIC OPTION: If you are completely independent and do not wish to use the comfort and equipment, €3/night/person for electricity only.
An extension is available if necessary.
Other additional services depending on your needs:
Washing machine: €4 with product/detergent + machine drying possible for an additional €5.
Tent rental (2 places): €22/night in addition to the reservation price. Bring your mattress and sleeping bag.
Access to the Jacuzzi for 20 min (5/6 places): €12.50/person and decreasing from 2 people
Breakfast: €7/person (tell me the day before)
Meal with us: 15€/person (tell me the day before)
Béarnaise plate (charcuterie and cheese, homemade bread with local flour) and homemade bread/brioche with a glass of Jurançon (sweet white wine) or Pacherenc (dry wine): €15/person (inform me the day before).
Possibility of ordering homemade bread (in the morning for the evening): €5 per loaf of 800 to 900 gr
Arrival after 5:00 p.m. (to be agreed together) and departure before 10:00 a.m.
If you are tired of sleeping in your tent, you can sleep in a room or in a trailer
the room: €85/night for 2 people
the trailer: €80/night for 2 people
The price includes: Bed made, bath towels, house toilets, electricity, swimming pool and summer kitchen.

Additional info
Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
Read the ad carefully, which is very complete, especially the “other remarks” paragraph. In fact, what you pay on the site is only the reservation of the location after which you will pay on site for access to comfort, services and benefits (this will prevent you from paying too many fees with the platform). Also I would like to point out that you will have to free yourself from the tourist tax because the prices do not include this.
Please respect the cleanliness of the premises and the inhabitants and make less noise after 11:30 p.m. in the garden
We do not smoke but we are tolerant as long as homecampers are discreet and cigarette butts are thrown in the trash. Smoking and eating in the pool/Spa Jacuzzi area are not permitted!
If you have children, we ask you to be very attentive because the swimming pool has a submerged cover but no barrier.
Dogs are accepted as long as we discuss it beforehand because our animals are completely free outside and we want them to live their lives without being too disturbed!
