Amazing experience, great facilities including plumbed in outdoor toilets, showers etc. As well as the camping, Ivo’s family also offer a breakfast service (for a fee) and shuttle to the festival (also for a fee)

Only way it could possible improve is to have numerous Campervan electricity hookups. We were able to hook up but only because we were very close to the house and ran a long wire across the garden.

Would return every year (if Tomorrowland tickets were easier to get)

The stay was really good. Ivo is a very nice host and his house and garden are very idyllic.
Campers are mainly parked in the meadows in front of the house, tents are mainly set up in the garden behind the house.
We had 2 more tents than booked, but that was not a problem for an extra charge.
The showers are more functional and as soon as more than 2 people are showering at the same time, the water pressure is almost gone. Otherwise everything was great.
It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the festival site. You can also take the shuttle there for a fee.

How was the contact with the host?
The contact was good and ran smoothly.

Tips for new guests?
When you arrive, it's best to go straight to Ivo and stay close to him, otherwise he may forget you. This can happen quickly, especially when many guests arrive at the same time.
It is very easy to look into the showers. If you feel uncomfortable, shower in swimwear or hang your towel directly in front of the entrance.
In the garden behind the house there is a chicken coop with a rooster that likes to crow 2-3 times in the morning. So pack earplugs for the night if you don't want to be woken up in the morning.

The campsite is as beautiful as in the pictures. Very nice garden with many trees, quietly located and close to the festival meadow. Perfect to do by bike, and cheap transport was also possible.
The showers and sinks are quite old-fashioned, they have been put together quite simply to provide us with the basic amenities during our stay. The shower can't be closed either, so if you don't like snooping, I suggest bringing a large beach towel with you to create a little more privacy.
The showers can't follow in the morning with heat, since everyone takes a shower immediately, so for hot water you have to choose the right time.
