Untouched wilderness, just the sound of an owl at night and you can plunge into the cool river from your bed in just a few steps. Our finca consists of a large field and 40 hectares of wild mountainous forest. The crystal clear Manol River meanders between them with its beautiful swimming spots (note, the Manol can be dry!).
Enjoy really getting away from it all. Close to a cozy village, but once here (via 3 km of gravel road) completely in the wilderness.
There is a yurt, a cabin, spacious rental tents (all including bed linen and towels) and camping spots for your own tent or camper van! There is also simple but effective sanitary facilities: 3 eco toilets and 3 showers, 2 of which are hot. The yurt has its own kitchen. The cabin is very private, with its own entrance, kitchen and complete private sanitary facilities. For campers there is a spacious, covered outdoor kitchen where you can cook (cooking at your pitch is not allowed due to fire risk. You are allowed to cook in your camper)
The finca is largely off-grid and the water from the shower and kitchen flows directly back onto the land and the planted fruit and nut trees. We therefore ask that you only use natural soaps and toiletries.
You can eat with us (if convenient). With vegetables from our vegetable garden. Or ask for a workshop on wild picking, sourdough bread or fermentation! We also have 'the School of Nature' (.org) here.
We are located in the foothills of the Pyrenees. From here you walk directly into the wilderness of the Pyrenees. There are numerous hiking opportunities, in the wilderness, along abandoned ruins, high mountain peaks, mountain rivers or along old villages. In addition, there are several mountain bike trails in all directions from our location. The nearest village is Lladó, which can be reached via an hour's walk, a 20-minute bike ride (steep mountain road) or a 15-minute drive. The village has a restaurant, cafeteria & bar, several playgrounds, outdoor swimming pool and a small supermarket. The High Pyrenees and the Mediterranean Sea are both an hour's drive away. Of course we can recommend the most beautiful beaches and mountain walks. This area is also the right place for a visit to a picturesque village or rock climbing.
Nature lovers, those interested in vegetable garden, food forest, construction of traditional ruins, families, couples, adventurers, hikers, please go your own way and / or inspiring conversations with us.

We are a young family living off-grid in Catalonia. We are also the founders of `the School of Nature' (.org), with which we provide programs for people who want to live from a connection with themselves and nature. We have a vegetable garden, a newly planted food forest, and we rebuild old ruins with wood and stones from the land.

We have a Google Maps list that we can share with you with all our tips for restaurants, the most beautiful beaches, free parking lots and more.
