Our farm is located in the hamlet of Nieuw Moscou. It stands on almost 4000 m2 of land. We like to make our lawn available to campers.
There are trees around the lawn so that the site is wonderfully sheltered. We have a small strip of forest where children can play. Of course you can enjoy the sun all day long. There is a spacious outdoor area on the property with a regular table, bar, games and WIFI. There you can use our fridge, freezer, coffee machine, Senseo and kettle. There are several water taps and you can use electricity.
There is a wood fired shower. After three quarters of an hour of heating, you will have a lovely warm shower.
We have a picnic table, campfire area and table tennis table. Next to our farm is a football field.
In a roof is a toilet and sink. There is an electrical outlet near the sink.
We live an 8-minute drive from the Schoonhoven swimming lake. The amusement park Slagharen is a 10-minute drive away. You can enjoy walking in the area. For shopping you can go to Hoogeveen or Slagharen, both of which have a wide range of shops.
We would be happy to receive you and tell you about the camping site while enjoying a cup of coffee or tea.

We are Hans and Margriet Salomons. Hans works in education and Margriet in care. After our children left the house, we bought our farm. We enjoy the peace and space. We would like to share that with you.
Visit the amusement park in Slagharen.
Take a dip in the recreational lake 't plan Schoonhoven.
A 10-minute drive away you have chicken restaurant 'Piri-piri; in New Zealand. Or restaurant Haverkort in Schuinesloot. You can also visit our neighbors on Sundays in the pancake restaurant.

What a lovely peaceful place to stay! There is plenty to do in the area, but this campspace is located in a very quiet area. A spacious place with everything you need. The wood-fired shower is nice and if you like it a hot tub is wonderful. Hans and Margriet are very hospitable but not intrusive. For me the ideal contact with a host.
How was the contact with the host?
Very friendly and pleasant. Hans and Margriet are very hospitable and helpful. And if you let them know that they want to be on their own, they immediately respect that.
Tips for new guests?
Take the time to switch on the wood-fired shower, that is an experience in itself.
