About this campspace

We are a Dutch family and we own a piece of land in the southern Swedish countryside of Skåne. There are two summer holiday homes on the premises and a private space for one tent. Parking, 220v 16 Amp power are available. There is a separate building with toilet, lavatory and shower for the two summer houses and the tent pitch. The tent pitch and the houses have own fire places. There are two lakes, forests, hiking, fishing and other fun opportunities in the immediate vicinity. A restaurant at the lake side is on walking distance. Pets are not allowed.

We where so great full for the days and nights we spend at Hilkjegård, a place both beautiful and charming in a preserved and authentic Swedish countryside. The surroundings are wonderful and the nearby lakes are dream like. Hilkje and her husband are the perfect hosts, kind, helpful and discreet. We left with a positive energy feeling rich after the encounter and with a wish of coming back.

Tell us about your experience
A very nice quiet spot for the tent with an unobstructed view. The plumbing was good. Lovely swam in the lake that is within walking distance and walked in the beautiful surroundings.

How was the contact with the host?
Good. The host was absent during our stay but had given clear instructions and contact was possible.
