I am a 60 year old woman.
As a visual artist I have done many Community Art projects.
I now work at home in my studio.
And at a BSO.
I've lived here for 30 years and have always said "if you live this beautiful," you must share this.
From the beginning the contact we had with the host felt very good. Ineke is very kind.
Once we've arrived the place looked even better in real compared to the pictures.
It was everything we expected and more!
We had an amazing time and I would definitely recommend this beautiful nature place!
We arrived and there was no one there, but in the end it turned out all right! She explained to us by phone where we can put up our tent, and where the shower and toilet are. It was a beautiful place. Very beautiful, very nice deep garden, and at the very end of the garden was a small field where we could perfectly pitch our tent. We looked out over the meadows and had a really nice, wide view. The garden was very beautiful anyway, nicely laid out, lots of flowers everywhere and nicely maintained. And there were all kinds of niches, including one with two relaxed lounge chairs and a swing. As a tip: visit the swing at sunset, because it is pure enjoyment. In the evening the owner also came to chat with us with a very sweet dog. Very warm person. There was a very nice outdoor shower, well arranged. Just before we left, we were almost done packing, she offered us coffee and we had a really nice chat with her. Really about anything and everything. It was a really nice conversation, and we really felt welcome there.
We camped here for two nights, this was our first micro camping adventure. Oh, how we enjoyed it. We were warmly received by Ineke. The camping spot is in the back of her garden. Adjacent to an open field. Ineke has also created a fireplace at the very back of the garden where you can enjoy privacy until late at night. The outdoor shower gave an extra dimension to “outdoor living”. We went on beautiful walks in the Kampina nature reserve, which can be walked entirely (Tip: Walk here in the early morning for an unforgettable sunrise!). We would like to come back again. Thanks for everything!
We stayed one night at the camp place of 'De Groene Vlinder'. The welcome was very fine, all facilities were shown. The campsite itself where we placed our tent is in the end of the garden adjacent to farmer fields. So we had a free view of the surrounding. There are two places created to have a seat, one at the campsite and another one with some sand (to create a beach feeling). Because of the lovely weather we had we spent all evening at the 'beach' site enjoying the sunset. The outdoor shower (and bath if you want) is at the terrace of the house. So when taking a shower you must not feel ashamed:-) It can be concluded that we had a great stay at the place and can recommend it.
We stayed one night at De Groene Vlinder, our first experience with a Campspace, and we simply loved it. Ineke was a very warm and hospitable lady. She even bought us some beers as a welcome gesture (something we really appreciated after our bicycle ride) and we had a nice chat. The camping spot was lovely, in the backyard which was full of trees, flowers and vegetables, and - as many others - we enjoyed the sunset from the chairs. We could use the bath room inside the house. The breakfast, which you can order at an extra cost, we can really recommend. Tasty eggs & vegetables, fresh bread, a homemade smoothie and some great yoghurt, fruits & granola. We all very much enjoyed!
We spent two nights in the beautiful wild backyard of Ineke. A very hospitable welcome, plenty of room to do your own thing, possibly with a campfire. We enjoyed it and it was almost a pity to have to leave again.
Ineke is a really great host! I had everything I needed during my stay, and she was always up for a chat. The camping spot is also great. Lots of privacy, because the place is at the very back of the long garden. Lovely lounge chairs are on the beach from where you can see the sunset in a beautiful way! I really enjoyed my stay with Ineke! I was also allowed to pick fruit and occasionally got some fruit. Picking vegetables was also allowed, but they were not yet fully grown.
