The Cauterhof used to be the site of the Serskamp scouts. In the meantime, the scouts have moved to another location and we have renovated the site and, above all, created a beautiful view of the open fields of Serskamp. You stand in an enclosed area behind the houses with a beautiful view of the fields of Serskamp. There is a separate access road so you don't have to worry about anyone. The village of Serskamp is within walking distance (600m) and there you have a bakery, caterer, a tapas shop and a café. You can also do your shopping at the local farmer "the seasonal barn". The area has many marked walks and mountain bike routes.
In addition to the grass area where you can camp yourself, we also have our Club Farao Caravan, which you can rent as accommodation.
We are also completely renovating the sanitary block. There are already 2 toilets and a shower and in the future we would like to install a camp kitchen for our guests.

We are adventurous campers ourselves. I, Marieken, have always camped with my parents, then I first bought a camping car with my husband Kristof, but since our adventure in Australia with our family we have switched to a vintage camper. We do not like to stay on large, busy campsites and do not need luxury, which is why we now also want to offer our site. Hopefully you will also enjoy simple, simple camping with a beautiful view.
We have also refurbished the old Club Farao Caravan, which was used as a DJ boat/forage at Rock Werchter, as a residence on our site.
