About this campspace
Come and discover our little corner of nature. A space fitted out to receive all year long groups of children and families in Pedagogy By Nature workshops : "Les ateliers PachaMama". This place will also welcome you for one night or more. A place with trees, along a stream and at the doors of a grove conducive to adventures, explorations, bird watching and other games of huts etc. ... a corner around the fire friendly. All this on our place of life, a very large garden at your disposal to come and camp alone, with family or friends. We are located in the heart of the Marais Poitevin with all the beauty of the landscapes that the marsh offers and near cities such as Fontenay le Comte (12 min), La Rochelle (35 min), Niort (35 min). The coast is not so far with its superb Vendée beaches less than 1 hour away.
We are in the countryside in a shady area with trees and surrounded by a grove and a stream. Our land is very large and quiet. The songs of the birds are very present there.
The activities
We recommend that you explore the many beautiful canals in the heart of the marsh by boat or canoe. There are many villages in the vicinity with piers. The forest of Mervent is a superb forest at 25 min from our home which is worth the detour and offers wonderful walks but also an amusement park (brown stone), climbing walls (white stone), the lake of Xanton-Chassenon with supervised beach and slides is perfect for a family day at just 20 min from our home.
Other things
We have cats, a very sociable border collie dog and chickens. We ask you to be respectful of their well being.

We are a family of 5 people. I am a Nature Educator, my partner is a local youth leader and our 3 children aged 9, 6 and 4 are explorers. We love to receive, meet and exchange and share our love of being in nature, around the fire, or simply relaxing in a hammock. We live in the heart of the Poitevin marshes in a very pleasant, natural and calm setting. Close to La Rochelle, Niort, Fontenay le Comte and not far from the coast with its superb Vendée beaches or the Ile de Ré...

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.

Our place is non-smoking and we ask you to respect the sleep of everyone. Please do not make noise after 11pm. And to arrive before 8pm.
