The activities
Fontainebleau is 15 km away, Nemours 7 km, the Dame Jouane rocks and Larchant 5 minutes away by car, and there are many lovely walks starting from the house, whose grounds are adjacent to the GR13.

4-person tent rental: 10 euros.
Shower inside the house: 5 euros (2 people max.)
Breakfast: 5 euros/person
Access to kitchen in house (schedule to be defined together): 5 euros. Oven, microwave, toaster, kettle...
Free access to a shed in case of rain.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
