About this campspace

Welcome to Fred and Cora. We welcome you to our large private garden on the edge of a meadow in a small hamlet typical of Haut Doubs. You will be the only one to enjoy as we only accept one reservation at a time.

Authentic setting in the heart of Haut Doubs in the Jura massif. South facing and beautiful view of the surrounding nature, our Comtoise farm from 1733 and our old granary transformed for your comfort (kitchen)
The land is close to a dairy cattle farm. Here there is no traffic noise but that of the bells of our beautiful Montbéliardes.
You are in the countryside with the advantages and disadvantages (Sounds of bells, tractors and the presence of flies depending on the weather)

Activities
Access 300 meters to GTJ walking and mountain biking.
A few minutes' walk from the Rochers du Cerf with its fauna and flora and its magnificent view of the Bernese Alps (Jungfrau, 4,158 m; Mönch, 4,110 m; Eiger 3,967 m).
Downhill mountain biking and summer tobogganing in Métabief, chairlift for hiking to the summit of Mont d'Or 35 minutes by car.
Numerous hiking trails on site.
St Point Lake 35 minutes by car.
Lac des Taillères in Switzerland 15 minutes away.
Neuchâtel and its lake 50 minutes away.
The Cirque de Le Creu du Van in neighboring Switzerland 40 minutes away.
Gorges d'Entreroche du Doubs parade 10 minutes away.
Chaudières Waterfalls 15 minutes away.
Saut du Doubs waterfall and the Doubs basins by Bateau Mouche 20 minutes away.
Visit the Montbenoit Abbey 10 minutes away.
Visit the Château de Joux 25 minutes away.
Visit to a Comtoise house in Grand Combe Chateleu 15 minutes away.
Gastronomy: Comté, Morbier, Mont d'or, cancoillotte, morel mushroom crust, Morteau sausage and all kinds of charcuterie smoked in our tuyés.

We have an adorable Labrador dog.

Dry toilets with odorless Trobolo system, compostable bag and compost provided.
Outdoor bathroom and shower cabin with 10 liter Decathlon solar tanks.
Access to fresh water 24 hours a day

The equipment
Electricity to the camp by extension cord and fresh water available 24 hours a day, barbecue, hammock.
Access to the small chalet to enjoy the kitchen with fridge, some utensils, BOXIO mobile sink provided, Campingaz stove (provide CP 250 valve gas cartridges).
Raclette oven, fondue pot, waffle iron available on request.

Tent loan
Possibility of sleeping in the small chalet. 1 sofa bed for 2 people + 1 mattress for 1 person.
Sheets and blankets are not provided.
Supplement of 5 euros per person.
