It is a great place where you can spend a holiday or a long weekend with your family or friends. The campsite is located in the upper part of the village of Veselá u Semil in a semi-secluded area with a wonderful view of the Bohemian Paradise and the ruins of Trosky Castle. The location is particularly suitable for activities such as tourism, sports (cycling, balloon flights, horse riding or paragliding). In the area you can find marked tourist routes and cycle paths that lead towards the mythical mountain Kozákov, to the nearby town Rovensko pod Troskami or to Lomnice nad Popelkou, where you can also find the nearest petrol station and the supermarket or swimming pool. Swimming is also available for free in one of the 2 ponds that are nearby from the campsite. You can also go fishing there. The most famous landmark in the village is the chapel of St. Jan Křitel.
