About this campspace

It's a lovely 23-hectare site set in the Avre valley, a branch of which flows through the property.
Facing the ruins of a medieval chateau and a small Renaissance chateau, the site reveals a history that goes back to the time of the Gauls.

A mini family farm is currently being created, and the site is already populated by dwarf goats, sheep, hens and roosters, horses, donkeys and ponies, ducks and wild geese... The flora is remarkable, with no less than 4 varieties of orchid to be seen. The water in the 4 ponds on the estate comes from the local drinking water springs.

The activities
An association manages the fishing. A rowing boat is available for hire, and you can fish for carp, trout, pike, catfish and roach (fishing cards from 13 euros for adults and 8 euros for children).
We also offer fishing lessons and equipment hire. We also offer children the chance to walk "Pelote" the sheep on a leash around the ponds. A guided tour with animals is also possible, subject to availability.

Other things
We'll be offering a barnum, tables and chairs for 50 people, with a small pond available for private use. A trout release will be possible. Contact us for details.

There are three double fishing stations, all designed and integrated into the natural environment. The posts allow optimum use of the water body, without being obstructed by another fishing post. One fishing station will be equipped with electricity and lighting at the water's edge by the end of 2023.

We offer travelers several places to pitch their tents, in meadows or on the water's edge, in a natural setting (don't expect a perfectly mown lawn everywhere ;), you're on a 23-hectare farm with a marsh, forest, areas under differentiated management, not an urban garden! ) .
A camping-car site is available right on the water's edge.
You can enjoy the setting, and as the site is large you can have your privacy.
Easy access for all vehicles.

The sanitary facilities
A sink and toilet are available at the Fish'odrome. Shower cubicle just installed (open from 11am to 5pm and / or on request, while we finish all the fittings :) )

The amenities
At your disposal: coffee maker (bring your own), microwave, fridge and electrical outlet (vehicle battery recharging possible). Barbecues and picnic tables available. 4G with Orange and Free, 3G with SFR. All on the water's edge.

Tent ready
We offer a top-of-the-range tent that blends in with nature, with plenty of windows, mosquito nets and a panoramic roof, so you can fit in just as well. It provides comfortable space for 2 or 3 people. You can have a comfortable mattress with hygienic covers on request. We leave it up to you to bring your own pillows and sleeping bags.
You'll be able to choose your pitch according to bookings if the tent isn't already pitched. We charge 15 euros per night for the tent. A deposit will be required on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.

Rules

The site is open from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm. Compulsory parking available after unloading your equipment.
Good humor and kindness are essential. The site is full of rare species of flowers, so please respect the natural areas. Please enjoy the site without disturbing others. Dogs not allowed.
