About this campspace

- 2 nights minimum - A corner of nature on the outskirts of Nantes - Slow down, take a break connected to the living Earth...
I love to welcome and share the environments I create, where friends, family and I can connect with nature and our inner selves.

4500m2 well treed plot with sunny areas and large trees, chestnut, oak, fruit (fig, plum, cherry, apple,...). The birds are the singing inhabitants ;). There are houses all around on large plots of land. The roads are small country lanes.

The activities
Relaxation, reading, writing, walks in the surrounding countryside. Table tennis, shuffleboard, ball...
The historic center of Nantes is about 15/20 minutes away by car without too much traffic. Numerous cultural and festive activities in Nantes. The Erdre River, "described by François Ier as 'the most beautiful river in France'", is 10/15 minutes away by car, and offers a wide range of walks and water sports (Sucé sur Erdre, a pretty little port, the Ile de Versailles in Nantes and its bar/restaurant barges...).

For 2 people maximum in the cabin (other people accompanying you must sleep in a tent or other and pay for their place). 2 beds 1 place with real box spring and mattress, I provide a fitted sheet and a pillow and its case per person. Please bring your own sleeping bag (otherwise 3€ for the stay for a borrowed sleeping bag).

All wood (and a little thermally insulated, under a tree). Large openings give you a view of nature (especially from the top bunk). Can be opened like a straw hut... You're in the middle of nature, with all the wildlife in its place. Spiders, field mice,... are the harmless neighbors who sometimes invite themselves into the garden shed (you may hear the field mice behind the wooden partitions, and I remove the spider webs, but unemployment or retirement don't exist for them ;) ... ).

The sanitary facilities
When I'm here, the bathroom in my house can be accessed directly from outside, and will be open at times to be discussed with you. Dry toilets are located behind the cabin. In summer and in my absence, you'll have access to a drinking water point and water cans for your toilet.

The amenities
Electricity is available in the cabin (lights and power strip), and wifi internet access is available near the house and in the cabin. For cooking, you'll have some crockery and cutlery at your disposal, as well as a common brazier/barbecue (€5 per wheelbarrow of wood is required, otherwise you'll have to buy your own charcoal), an electric kettle and outdoor areas with benches and tables. A kettle will be available in the cabanon. There are outdoor electric and USB sockets in the cabanon and an electric socket on the back terrace of the house.
For auxiliary heaters and extension leads to tents or camper vans, add 3€/day.

Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.

Party and invitation possible to a certain extent on request music, dance and lights around the fire, a supplement will be asked (5€ per guest if they don't take the camping option via my ad for campers).

Beware of small children (I don't accept children under 6), animals (dogs not used to small children/cats/chickens), uneven ground, prickly plants (yucca) and open ground on the road (not enclosed).

In my absence (vacations or other), there is a possibility with the water of the well cold shower (or tepid according to the weather, either with the pipe or outside shower if that functions possible breakdown ;), and a point of drinking water outside along the house.
