Located 30 minutes from Toulouse, the asinerie was born of a meeting between women and donkeys, a love story we'd like to share with you!
Created in 2003, with the aim of enabling anyone to go on holiday at a lower cost Eco-friendly camping, dry toilets, solar showers, selective sorting, organic vegetable gardens, permaculture...

Surrounded by woods and fields, in a natural environment, the donkey farm offers workshops with donkeys, by the day or half-day...
It's a quiet place far from the noise of civilization.
Ideal for relaxing alone with family or friends!
At night, the sky offers you its most beautiful stars...in the morning, the birds sing their joy of life at the top of their voices.

The activities
The following activities are offered by the asinerie:
farm animal care (free for campers)
donkey rides (€12/donkey, 1-hour circuit)
Leisure facilities are about 20 minutes away with swimming pools, golf, horse riding, mountain biking...
Cultural visit of medieval village Sarrant in the Gers (25mn from the asinerie), open-air market, visit to the Brignemont mill, visit and purchase from local producers...

Other things
Dogs are welcome under certain conditions!

The site is flat enough for caravans and minivans.

Dry toilets, a common room with a fully equipped kitchenette, 2 solar showers with hot water, an outside sink with hot water and an inside sink with cold water.
dishes are washed in the outside sink!

The kitchen is equipped with 2 fridges, crockery for 20, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans...
Electrical outlets are freely accessible inside the room, so you don't have to worry about charging your laptop.
Bring: sponge, eco-friendly recycled washing-up liquid, recycled toilet paper, garbage can liners...
Dishwashing liquid, sponge, tea towels, salt, pepper, sugar...toilet paper are not supplied.

Camping at the farm
The asinerie has been created since June 2003, it is located 30 minutes from Toulouse and 20 minutes from Gers.
I offer unusual accommodation, yurts, caravans, caravans and pitches so that campers can stay in tents, trucks, caravans, in a quiet, shaded natural setting, surrounded by farm animals, donkeys, horses, pigs. , chickens...

The 7 hectares of land accommodate my donkeys which I rent for donkey rides. An organic vegetable garden...I am a member of peasant reception and civam31.
Since 2019 I have been doing social reception with different partners.
Concerned about nature and its environment, the toilets are dry toilets and our showers are solar.
Open from April to October!

Cancellation Policy

Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.

Rules

Arrival times are generally between 4pm and 7pm. Departure before noon. Free access until 10pm! (see together for more flexible hours).
Respect for your neighbors and animals, and for the place where you intend to spend a pleasant stay.
Smoking is not permitted inside any of the premises. There are ashtrays outside, so no butts on the ground!
Children and pets are the responsibility of their parents or guardians.
Pets must be kept on a leash, and please pick up after them!
