About this campspace
Well-maintained plot in the middle of fields, 17 km from Le Mans, not far from a river, quiet, with a variety of pitches to suit all tastes!
The grounds of almost a hectare are surrounded by trees, with shady spots, and are very quiet, especially at night when only the sounds of nature lull us to sleep.
Be careful, however, on Saturday evenings, when some groups may be celebrating events on a nearby property.
The activities
Land 100 m from a river where fishing is possible. The Ballon keep and its gardens are nearby. Le Mans, with its old town, is 17 km away, and many sporting and cultural activities are available in the surrounding area.
Other things
Pets are not welcome on the property, in order to preserve the wildlife.

Born in Paris, I have lived on my family land, with my partner, in Sarthe since 2012 in the middle of the fields and not far from a river. Quiet, maintained, wooded and flowery, this space can accommodate a few tents without disturbing each other (1 hectare).
An outdoor toilet and sink are available.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
