Natural setting but at the same time just 10 minutes from the nearest beaches.

Please read the description carefully so that you come with full knowledge of the facts.
A former family business, so you'll be sharing the premises with a large building.
We don't stay on site, but not far from it.
As can be seen on the aerial photo, close to the freeway (please take this into account before making any inquiries, so as not to be surprised on arrival).
If you're looking for a 5-star hotel, this is not the place for you. The atmosphere here is simple, good-natured and natural.

This place is privately owned, so the rules are ours to make it a site for exchange between travelers, in a good atmosphere. Here, people chat, get to know each other, spend time around the communal table or in the lounge area.
If there's the slightest problem or abuse, we'll put an end to the rental.
From 10 pm onwards, quiet and silence are required to respect other holidaymakers and neighbors.
AFTER 10pm: for the respect and safety of tent-mates, we may ask you not to drive in the middle of people with vehicles (except for converted vehicles). We will specify this according to the time of year and the number of people on site.
DOGS NOT ALLOWED
For the cc, I specify that the principle of the site is well to accomodate in our garden/property and not on an area of cc, thus will be accomodated only those which will have well included/understood the concept if not I leave them any leisure to go in the true camp-sites of the coast landaise, to benefit from the infrastructures and the price!!!!
You're not allowed to fill your tanks for cost reasons. This is provided for in cc areas, which we are not!

THE CUMULATION OF PRICES ON A SAME RESA IS POSSIBLE ONLY WITH A SAME FAMILY (parents/children, couples). OTHERWISE, MAKE SEPARATE RESERVATIONS FOR GROUPS OF FRIENDS OR SEVERAL FAMILIES.

hello to all traveling friends,
We own a plot of land on which the former hangar of a family business is located.
To bring this place back to life, we had the idea of offering it to holidaymakers wishing to come and enjoy the charms of our coast in all simplicity, in a friendly and family atmosphere.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
