Natural place but at the same time just 10 minutes from the nearest beaches
On the grass
Be careful to read the description carefully to be fully informed.

Former family business, so you will share the location with a large building.
We don't stay there but not very far away.
As visible in the aerial photo, proximity to the HIGHWAY (to be taken into account before any request so as not to be surprised on arrival)

If you are looking for a 5 star, this place is not for you, it is a rather simple and good-natured atmosphere here, and nature.

The ocean nearby. (10-15 mins for the first tracks)
Lake Hossegor / White and black ponds

All activities in the South West (Surfing, paddle...)
Spain just a stone's throw away

Other remarks
This place is private property, so the rules are ours to make it a site for exchange between travelers, in a good atmosphere. Here people chat, get to know each other, spend time around the common table or in the lounge area.

At the slightest problem or abuse, we will end the rental.

FROM 10 p.m. calm and silence required to respect other vacationers and the neighborhood.

FROM 10 p.m.: for the respect and safety of tent occupants, you may be asked not to drive vehicles among people. (except converted vehicles). We will specify it depending on the period and the number of people present on the ground.


DOGS NOT ALLOWED

For the cc, I specify that the principle of the site is to welcome in our garden/property and not in a cc area, so only those who will have understood the concept will be welcomed otherwise I leave them free to go to the real campsites on the Landes coast, take advantage of the infrastructure and the price!!!
Prohibition on filling your tanks due to cost concerns. This is expected in cc areas, which we are not!

We own a plot of land on which the former hangar of a family business is located.
