1200 m2 property adjoining a small Landes farmhouse in a quiet, friendly neighborhood close to the center of Tosse and all its amenities!
At the gateway to Seignosse and 10 minutes from the beaches!

Other things
Rates for June are €22 per person per night, for July €25 and for August €30 per person per night.
Rates for July will be updated on June 30, and rates for August will be updated on July 31, as the Home Camper website does not yet technically allow for early rate adjustments in the calendar.
For this reason, any booking made in June for a stay in July and in July for a stay in August is likely to be adjusted with a supplement to be paid on the spot to match the July and August rates per person, per night, excluding service charges.
The last week of August may show a preferential rate corresponding to the month of July. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.

The site must be kept clean and the belongings in the tents, use of sanitary facilities with care and cleanliness, responsibility for water consumption.
We reserve the right to accept Campers or not, and to terminate a stay even after arrival if the conditions of safety, cleanliness, and good respect for places and people were not respected.
