About this campspace
This large garden, where the cherry trees will delight you from the end of April to June, is a welcoming and calm place, close to the greenway and the river "Lot", in the center of the Lot et Garonne.
For geocaching enthusiasts, we are surrounded by caches!
Terra Aventura and well supplied too! You are here at Z'inconditionnels !!!!
You are on the "prune road" but around you are apple, hazelnut and plum orchards... And a garden full of cherry trees !
The activities
Hiking is one of the main activities in the area, not far from the bicycle route (2km) and the river Lot where fishing is fruitful!
The swimming pool of Villeneuve sur Lot with its giant slide is 5mn away as well as the shopping centers.
A little further, Pujols one of the most beautiful village of France....you are here in the heart of the Lot et Garonne and as a lover of this small corner of France, I will help you not to miss anything!

Whether we are there or not, you will be able to camp on the grounds but with fewer amenities when we are not present!

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
The neighborhood is of excellent quality, so please respect it by keeping the noise down after 10pm, by not letting your children or your pets outside the property limits.
We share our garden and our house with you, so please do not leave any trace of your passage in the sink, the toilets, the shower or the garden.
Smokers will bring an ashtray which will be emptied before leaving in the trash can.
The chickens will eat all your green waste! Maybe they will make you fresh eggs....
The yellow bags at your disposal will only receive recyclable packaging.
You will not empty your waste on the site, there are emptying areas 5 minutes away.
Grilling will be done only around the barbecue.
Smile and good mood are mandatory!
