Land of one hectare closed and stabilized on more than 6000 m2.
Old station in the course of renovation located in a dead end accessible to the PL and in a framework of greenery.
At 10 minutes from Parthenay, 30 mn from Niort and the Marais Poitevin, 1h30 from La Rochelle or the Vendée coast, 1h15 from the Puy du fou and 1h45 from Nantes.
Very quiet as it is located at the end of a cul-de-sac on a closed lot with a gate closed at night. Perfect for relaxation or meetings of campers.

Many activities of all kinds according to the tastes and the desires.
Hiking, sea, Francette bike, museum, Poitevin marsh, Puy du fou, Futuroscope, beach etc...
Other things
Only reserved campers will be accepted, you can reserve from 9am to 9pm.

Hello, ex motorhome driver for health reasons, I have a plot of land of one hectare including 6100 m2 stabilized in case of bad weather. Very quiet site at the end of a dead end accessible to heavy goods vehicles, old freight station currently being renovated. Possibility of connecting to 220v with supplement. Possibility of filling up with water also at an additional cost.
PL pit if necessary for emptying or repair. Drainage area in the village. Location surrounded by nature, very little overlooked, gate closed at night on enclosed land.
Only accepts camper vans who book in advance, possibility of accommodating groups of camper vans, roadside restaurant 1 km away, snack bar 800m away.
Possibility of bbq and/or evening organized by myself on request (music, caterer etc...) for good times between travelers but if you prefer solitude and calm, several isolated locations are accessible in dry weather.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
Reception from 10am to 9pm on reservation only, animals accepted but according to category obligation of leash or lanyard.
Campfires allowed according to prefectural decree and period, smokers allowed but ashtray mandatory.
Children welcome but under parents' responsibility.
HGV pit possible for repair or emptying if needed with supplement.
