In this former inn and educational farm you will enjoy a garden of 4500 m².
At 30 minutes from the Emerald Coast, Hervé welcomes you in all conviviality.
In the 4 corners of the garden, you will be able to install your tent in an intimate and bucolic place.
You will be able to take advantage of a 4500 m² park with trees, a one hectare property and according to the season and production, fruits and vegetables from the garden, freshly laid eggs.
Gourmet breakfasts to be taken on the terrace of the former bar or, if the weather does not allow it, inside (shared spaces)
Quiet garden, always sunny with a few shady spots, each with its own atmosphere, a few hammocks, a huge metal bowl for a fire, a lunch corner.
Depending on the moment, sculptures on tree trunks, on stone and various creations. Birds, squirrels, hedgehogs have taken up residence in this garden, sometimes pheasants and roe deer.
Some remarkable trees, including Hector, the venerable three hundred year old oak who has accepted to welcome your guest for a few years and will be happy to meet you.
The activities
Farniente and relaxation are of course the order of the day, the site is calm and quiet.
The coast, St Malo, cancale, Saint-Briac, the marvelous Emerald Coast are at a few tens of minutes from the place, the Mont Saint-Michel at 45 minutes, Dinan, historical center at 10 minutes.
Nearby, accessible by bicycle or on foot, the leisure center and the pond of Bétineuc and its beach, the Isle-Rance canal, remarkable villages and castles such as Saint-Juvat, one of the first flowered villages in France, Tréfumel, Bécherel (city of books) ......
The Rance and its towpaths can lead you peacefully, in the pleasure of appreciating a very beautiful transition of landscapes, to the sea; you will leave from Bétineuc, 3 km from your tent, to arrive in Saint-Malo and Dinard at the mouth of the Rance.
Your host will not fail to advise you to discover this beautiful region; guides and books are at your disposal.

Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
- Open all year round.
- Departure and arrival times between 5 and 7 pm - 7 days a week, your arrival time must be communicated to your host to avoid any inconvenience such as waiting for him in his absence, departure before noon.
- Breakfast service from 8:00 am to 10:00 am (possibility to have it before on request - choice of breakfast menu to be defined if possible the day before in order to avoid any waste and disappointment)
- Respect for other users, avoid noise pollution and keep the equipment clean.
- Keeping the site clean, collecting and sorting waste in the containers provided for this purpose, collecting biodegradable waste in the site compost.
- Respect for flowers, plantations and wildlife.
- Reasonable use of energy and consumables related to sanitary and household activities with alternative methods available (solar showers and dry toilets)
- Rationalization and summary programming of shower times (hot water production = limiting factor)
- Vehicles to be parked in reserved areas to avoid visual nuisance to users and owners.
- Respect of the perimeter allocated to campers (4500 m² on 9000 m²)
- For the campers wishing to make naturism, a small protected and indicated zone is reserved to you with the shelter of the other users (solarium)
- The garden is enclosed by a hedge and a discontinuous fence, the entrance, the front facade are deliberately open to the outside without wall or fence. A surveillance of the children and domestic animals is thus necessary.
