A step towards your bucolic wishes:
Lights, water curves, fauna, flora, trees, culture, breaks, read ....
A tranquil, invigorating place for people who are calm and active, curious and nature-loving.
Swimming, lazing about, visiting, playing, chatting, learning, exchanging, gardening, experimenting with plant-based cuisine, lots of possibilities....
Surrounded by greenery, you can learn all about vegetable gardening (in squares) according to permaculture principles, as well as plant-based cooking classes (booking required).
An art of living that we'll be happy to share with you.
The swimming pool, heated with a bubble cover, reaches between 25 and 28° all summer long, and offers you all the sensations of swimming among the trees.
Wild, not wild, it's up to you: 2 cats, 1 dog, 2 hens, Indian racing ducks, lots of birds, fish, frogs, squirrels, deer, owls and rustling sounds.
The life of a unique peri-urban space that we're delighted to open up to you.
We aim for a certain level of autonomy, so we have a solar tracker and a charging point for your electric car.
Our eco-location allows you to settle into a bubble of tranquillity.
From dawn to dusk, we often benefit from beautiful light that sweeps through the trees, the ever-present water features and the interstices to be seized.
During the day, the sun invites you to take a dip in the pool or relax on the terrace, under a tree or by the pond.
(When the wind is south-southwest, we can hear the sound of the road between Rennes and Brest, which is quieter most of the time between April and October).
There is a 150-step distance between where you park and the dry toilets.

Other things
We do our utmost to ensure that our premises are clean enough to welcome you.
If by any chance you find that something is not to your liking, please let us know so that we can take action as quickly as possible.
So that we don't find this point of dissatisfaction later on the "cleanliness" note of the ad.
So as not to penalize each other and create frustration on these issues.
As for the quality/price ratio, it is established in relation to the low price levels of local frequentation during your rental period. We do not seek to enrich ourselves by renting, but to share our place.... in a serene and peaceful manner.
We are not professional hosts...
We are at your disposal to discuss these matters.
So that we can move forward, thanks to you!
The house is self-sufficient in water.
This is recycled on site, so we avoid "detergents" and prefer natural products + selective sorting.
A compost is at your disposal.
Our ambition is to share an "eco-place" where we can live & transmit in harmony with nature. To give nature back its rightful place.
You are not our customers, but our guests.
It's a space for experimentation: cultivating, feeding, exchanging, enriching, testing inspiring work rhythms (telecommuting).... to act differently in our environment.
All the money you pay in is reinvested to buy trees, nesting boxes, flowering fallows, etc.
By coming along, you're helping to preserve nature.
If you're bringing your own pet, it's more than welcome, but you should know that we have a dog, Ulysse, an adorable teddy bear who barks at anyone who comes along. We do take a few precautions when it comes to male dogs, as they can be detrimental to your stay.
If your pet doesn't like birds, cohabitation can be complicated for everyone.
We are attentive to your wish to stay with us and will do everything in our power to help you achieve it.
All the money you pay goes back into the purchase of trees, nesting boxes, flowering fallows, and so on.
By coming, you're helping to preserve nature.
We are attentive to your wish to stay with us, and will do everything in our power to make it happen.
