About this campspace
The land is located 15 minutes (by car) from Mont Saint Michel, 25 minutes (by car) from the beaches of the Normandy coast located between Avranches and Granville and 2 km from the town of Pontaubault where the Vélocénie circuit and the GR22 pass.
The grounds are equipped with dry toilets, a shower and a sink. In the outbuilding, a kitchen area, as well as a relaxation area are at your disposal.
Community spirit, sharing, kindness, mutual aid, respect for others and conviviality are the values that nourish and bring this place to life. This collective living space has been under development for less than 2 years, in an eco-responsible spirit, using only recycled equipment.
A beautiful view of the bay of Mont Saint Michel 400m from the land, you can contemplate the magnificent sunsets. The land is completely fenced. We are in a small hamlet where there is very little traffic.

Other remarks
Please note: here our dog friends are free on the ground. However, it is necessary to provide a lanyard to attach them when necessary (when campers arrive to settle in, for example, or when children play ball, etc.). I thank the owners in advance for ensuring that they walk behind their pets, out of respect for all.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.

- collection of animal excrement
- waste must be deposited upon departure at the municipal collection point which has a container for household waste, a container for recyclable waste and a container for glass. It is located 800 m from the land (I will tell you the exact location during your stay).
