About this campspace
Please ask us beforehand as this is an unusual initiative for us. Please ask us about available periods. The schedule is not up to date.
We have recently had to change our proposal due to the Covid pandemic and 2 newly built houses opposite the bottom of the garden.
Nevertheless, we are in a quiet, residential area, inhabited by many elders and families.
You will be able to Gamp on the plot behind the "colocation 70's" but without access to their services and without being able to benefit from the colocation's facilities. The available surface is on the other side of the white garden shed visible in the photos.
We'll be installing dry toilets, a water point, a table and garbage cans in 2022...
Having invested nothing in 2021, this may also prevent us from receiving you.
We will carry out an external inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, especially for cleaning the grounds, rest areas and toilets.
To come to us is to be 5 minutes from the city center by bus or 3 km on foot. We're in a suburb, but at the same time in the middle of the countryside. We're surrounded by gardens and plots behind semi-detached houses.
We're a 15-minute drive from Futuroscope, 10 minutes from an 8-screen CGR cinema complex, 10 minutes from 2 bowling alleys and 20 minutes from an ice rink.
The approach is indeed original, less expensive than lodging in a gîte or shared apartment... but here we are 150 meters from the bus to the city center, just a few km from the train station and the center of Poitiers, various local leisure activities, a municipal swimming pool and healthy, organic food.
The reception will be on the grounds of the 70's colocation, which has been open since September 2017. It is made up of 4 young salaried graduates or students.
We ourselves live in a small terraced house across the street.
The activities
A recreation area and municipal swimming pool are 200 m from the site.
An indoor climbing wall and billiards club are 300m away.

Please contact us beforehand by e-mail or telephone, as this is an unusual initiative for us. In 2021, you'll be camping in the raw.

At over 60 years old, we are always enthusiastic about new life encounters and journeys.
We opened a shared accommodation for young professionals with 4 bedrooms. It is a terraced house with an unoccupied bare garden of 400 m2 at the rear.
For the moment the garden space is not equipped at all but we plan to do so later (dry toilets and water point) provided that there are at least 2 or 3 requests per year, this which is not currently the case.
It would always be equipped independently of the shared accommodation as much for the peace of mind of everyone as for health issues.
In the meantime, the campers will therefore have no contact with the roommates and will not use their amenities under any circumstances. Only an outdoor water point is available.
To avoid people being disturbed on either side, we will only accept a maximum of 2 groups of 2 Gamers at the same time.
You must first ask us and we will then inform you of our availability by return.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
The same rules as at home ... more or less ... i.e. respect your neighbors from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
- park your car in a small space 100m from the house
- bikes and motorcycles can be parked inside the property, alongside the tent
- pets are not allowed
- smokers are kindly requested to pick up their cigarette butts and respect the lives of other guests and neighbors ...
