About this campspace
Friends campers welcome to my little paradise in progress!
The land is about 1 hectare on 6000 square meters of meadow and 4000 square meters of wood. You can choose the environment you want to spend one or more nights.
Here the birds sing all day long and in the evening you might see some deer or hares walking around.
Your pets are of course welcome.
I can lend you a tent if needed, I have two at my disposal as well as a hammock tent of one place hanging in the trees in the middle of the forest.
This place is under development, so there is no water (except a small stream)
nor electricity, nor shower but there are dry toilets.
The setting is quiet, only fields and woods around the land but not lost either, there is a road in the end of the meadow that leads to the village at 2.5 km and you will be on the edge of the Rance at 4 km for beautiful walks or to enjoy a swim or the small beach of the cove Mordreuc.
The entrance to St-Malo, a corsair city, is 20 km away and Dinan, a small medieval city, is 10 km away.
I am in love with my region and I will be happy to give you good addresses for walking, eating and having a good time or for activities to do in the surroundings.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
The ground is in free access, but I am regularly there with my truck fitted out, I ask of course a respect of the places. the children and animals are welcome.
the access to the ground is simple since it is served by a road little passed.
