Land located between countryside and sea, private parking.
Plérin center at 3 mn, Saint-Brieuc 5 mn, beaches at less than 10 mn.
The property is fenced with hedges, except for the entrance.
Animals are not allowed.
The activities
For the sportsmen, you have (in particular) the GR34 and the beaches with less than 10 mn, circuits of VTT with 100 m, 3 sites of climbing with 40 mn (Erquy/Fréhel), and many excursions in the vicinity.
Don't hesitate to ask me for advice!

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
