In the heart of a semi-rural village, at the gates of the Fagnes, on the borders of Germany and the Netherlands, you can stay in a flat garden, with trees, flowers, and close to meadows. Not far from the garden, the village square will offer you numerous parking spaces and the possibility of sitting under a bench in the shade
lime trees, giving you the impression of an air of Provence in summer. :-)
The location is easy to access and close to transport links (bus line 2 minutes away, train station 5 minutes away and motorway 10 minutes away). It is a 5-minute drive and 15-minute walk from the shops. Many hiking and horse riding trails are possible in the surrounding area. You can enjoy a wellness massage on site (request in advance). You will be 15 km from Spa (thermal baths, swimming pool, Francofolies,
Theater Festival) and 22 km from Francorchamps (Formula 1 Grand Prix).

Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.

Services and conditions

- Only vehicles (minivans) up to 2.60 m wide and 6 m long will be accepted.

- Arrivals are between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. and departures between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m., but can be adapted upon prior request.

- The host declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or damage to an object or vehicle belonging to you. Campers undertake to compensate the host in the event of deterioration of the infrastructure made available to them.
Civil insurance is strongly recommended.

- Electricity is available to you via an extension cord for recharging devices requiring little power such as
mobile phones, tablets, computers, portable fridges, stoves, etc. No motorized vehicle charging. You will have the possibility to ask the host to store your food in their private fridge or freezer (in reasonable quantities and according to their possibilities).

- Drinking water is available via an outdoor tap (in front of the house) for filling water bottles or culinary needs only. A rainwater tank located in the garden can be used to wash briefly (no shower), to wash dishes or small laundry in a basin available on request. Water is precious, let's avoid wasting it! A drying rack can be installed on request.

- For vehicles not equipped with toilets, outdoor dry toilets (under makeshift shelter, private and hygienic) will be available to you day and night. On the other hand, toilet paper will have to be provided by you.

- Access to WiFi will be possible on request only within a limited radius around the host's house
(no access to the garden).

- Our animal friends are welcome (even in freedom since the garden is fenced) as long as their owner ensures respect for the garden. It is obvious that their droppings will be the responsibility of their owner to dispose of them (the garden is equipped with adequate collection equipment). Likewise, as far as possible, it is requested not to allow male dogs to urinate on the plantations or any other material made available.

- You will be responsible for all your waste. The dry toilets will be equipped with biodegradable bags which will allow you to easily dispose of their contents.

- In order to respect the neighborhood, festive and noisy gatherings (music, songs and untimely shouts) and fires are prohibited. Let's all keep good memories of your visit. :-)

- Your host will be happy to provide you with information and help you have a pleasant stay. Don't hesitate to ask for it. :-)
