I am in the process of obtaining a permit, dry toilet and nomad battery for my part in electricity.
You have to be at least autonomous to come and stay here.
Spring 300 m away with drinking water, to fill jerry cans or solar shower.

Don't be afraid of animal noises or starry skies.

Hello to you.
My name is Charles, I work in Bordeaux (I am intermittent in entertainment) and I have just moved to Dordogne on land that I have just acquired, I have started the process for a building permit but in the meantime I live in a caravan, I have a portable battery which allows me to last the week to recharge phones and small lamps, I have my two 20 l jerrycans for water (the source is 300m away) and my gas cylinder for cooking. .. It’s Roots. (I almost forgot, the toilets are dry toilets of course).
I offer my land to people who are already a little independent, vans mainly, but if you feel like spending a few days like that in a tent then welcome to you.
The spot is nice and there is forest.
The region is so cool, I am 10 km from Bergerac.
