Dare to be adventurous in the Marais Poitevin.

My village is located in the countryside in the heart of Green Venice, on the route of the Bicycle Francette.

The activities
You can explore the Marais Poitevin directly from my home with my canoes, on foot or by bike.
My village is on the route of La Vélo Francette, in the heart of the Venise Verte. I can guide you through all the activities available in the area, according to your availability, the composition of your group and your wishes. (boating, horse riding, cycling, sightseeing). Tourist documents are at your disposal. For city fans, you can park in the center of Niort in 20 minutes. A 1-hour drive will take you to Futuroscope, Puy du Fou, La Rochelle and the ocean. This is the gateway to infinity and beyond...
Wellness activities are available on site.

Other things
2 3-seater canoes and bicycles for free, with no time limit, so you can get lost in the canals of the Marais. (Don't panic ... a map will be provided, and for the more chilly, a life jacket too! ).

On two plots of 3500m² sunny and 3000m² wooded and therefore shaded, you can choose the adventure of spending a night in an XXL hammock equipped with a mosquito net to the sound of crickets by the pool.
Otherwise you can opt for traditional camping with your tent (go through my other ad)
Don't forget to bring your sleeping bag!
Only vans and small motorhomes are accepted, please contact me to check that the dimensions of your vehicle are compatible to access the site. I do not offer camper van services; draining and electricity connection etc...but you can go to the next village 2km away.

You can plug in to recharge phones, bicycle batteries, computers, etc.
Porch to shelter bicycles and/or interior courtyard to park your vehicle, Bicycle self-repair workshop, Games, Gantry and turnstile for children.

Very fond of traveling holidays, I like to discover the world. I take advantage of it during short vacations because I am a teacher (and so it is well known, always on vacation!) In summer I take advantage of my home, I share the advantages with you and sometimes I also go away for a bit. .. So don't blame me if our dates don't match, that'll be for another time.

Cancellation Policy

Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.

Rules

Swimming is done exclusively under the supervision and responsibility of parents. No more swimming after 7 p.m. to respect the calm of the place.
