About this campspace
Just passing through Le Mans on two wheels? Come and spend a quiet moment in our garden :)
Conveniently located for public transport (bus stop opposite, 15 minutes to the station: see photos).
If you arrive in the middle of the night, of course it's not easy to set up in the dark, nor to shower with a solar shower, so plan ahead... and don't blame the owner!
The residential area is quiet and safe (detached bungalow of 150m2 in a cul-de-sac), so you can leave your motorcycles outside (see photo). Bicycle garage.
The activities
The legendary 24-hour race circuit is 5 minutes away by car (two or three kilometers as the crow flies).
E.LECLERC supermarket 2km away for refuelling.
A towpath leads to the Gémerie d'Arnage lake (2 km), where you can enjoy a mini beach, swimming, sailing, boating or canoeing.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules

No access to the shower inside the house after 9 p.m.
Do not put up tent pegs without the owner's permission.
Throw and SORT your garbage in the containers.
