45.00 daily for 2 people. Quiet city setting near tons of shopping, restaurants , and Central Florida attractions and Gulf beaches about an hour away . Disney world 45 min away and Legoland 30 min away. Near Tampa and Orlando. Pleasant grassy side yard next to well maintained home. Pergola shaded garden seating for dining under the stars w/ pool view available for meals in garden area next to pool and fire pit . Low traffic dead end street, secure, safe area. Quiet and secure with owners available for information. Water “Too cool “ for swimming in Winter.

Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
