Your nature retreat in the Algarve

Are you longing for a break by the sea where you can realign yourself and reconnect with your true self?

If you are looking for a hidden natural place where your body, mind and soul are nourished and your creativity is stimulated, you have come to the right place. Discover your inner wealth and the resulting freedom by choosing simple accommodation far away from tourist luxury and distraction during your time with us. It is often enough to reduce the distractions outside and listen to the silence and the sounds of nature in order to slow down and relax. In the furthest corner of Portugal you can enjoy the lowest light pollution in Western Europe, so you can marvel at the starry sky undisturbed. With us you can experience what a resource-saving, self-sufficient life in harmony with nature feels like. The water comes from our own spring well, the vegetables on your plate come from our permaculture garden, the eggs come from happy, free-range chickens. We are not connected to the public electricity grid, everything runs on solar energy.

You'll stay in a comfortable eco-tinyhouse or glamping tent in a beautiful valley, a walk from the beaches of Praia Boca do Rio and Praia da Salema. On cooler days, the fishing path along the coast is ideal for hiking. Let yourself be enchanted by the unspoiled, wild beaches. In the nearby picturesque fishing village of Salema you will find numerous restaurants if you would like to eat out. Otherwise, you can look forward to fresh food from the garden.

We come together in our yurt or on the beach and you can learn yoga, breathing, mindfulness and relaxation techniques.
During your stay you can book massage and personal yoga coaching with us.

I am Anna
in the first professions social worker and doula, practicing yoga therapist, body therapist, nature coach, cycle coach and transformation companion. I hold and design the space for you in conjunction with the elements so that you can develop optimally.

I'm Jonas
In his first job he was a social worker, practicing yoga teacher, transformation companion, sweat lodge leader, musician, passionate gardener and cook.

We were both born in 1978 and are parents of 2 wonderful children. For almost 20 years we have been on the path together towards a more conscious existence, more and more in harmony with nature.

On our travels through Europe and longer stays in India, we learned from healers, yogis and shamans and gained important experiences and insights. And so we were lucky enough to realize early on that material wealth did not bring happiness and we never again worked just for the money, but because we loved our work and felt called to it.

Yoga and our connection to nature have always accompanied us, always brought us back to our true selves and to the manifestation of our dreams and made us resilient, flexible and open to the challenges that life brings with it. Because ultimately it is life itself that is our greatest teacher. We are happy about all the people who come to our valley with open hearts.
