About this campspace

We offer a privileged little corner with a breathtaking view of the village of Joyeuse in the land on which we are developing a project in agroecology, permaculture and wood crafts. Please read the announcement and the camping rules carefully.

The land adjoins the house and consists of several dry stone terraces where we cultivate olive trees, some vines and some fruit trees, in addition to market gardening. There are only two neighbors without any opposite. The terraces overlook the village of Joyeuse and the Beaume river. Calm is guaranteed in spring and autumn. However, we would like to point out that between July 5 and August 15, certain evenings may cause noise from concerts at the village campsites until 11 p.m.
The village center is about a 20-minute walk away and provides access to the beautiful Wednesday morning market, laundry and other shops.

Activities
On the farm you will be able to discover the work that we do and it is with pleasure that we will share some market gardening techniques.
On the workshop: We invite you to visit the wood workshop and discover our work live. We also offer small internships (Ask for information by phone or email):

River and sports stadium 5 minutes by car - 15 minutes on foot.

Large tents (type more than 5 m wide or long cannot be installed). We therefore generally do not accept more than two requests at the same time in order to preserve the calm of the micro-farm.
The pitches are located on the terraces. You have to go down one or two terraces to access it. The stairs have little step but can be limiting for young children.
The land only consists of terraces so to access the toilets, you have to climb the stone steps to return to the main residence.
If there are no volunteers or volunteers on the farm, it is possible to access a common room with access to a coffee maker, tea maker and microwave.

Sanitary facilities
The toilets and shower are in the main residence are located in an independent part of the main residence and are reserved for your use. We will give you the keys so that you can access it at any time.

The equipment
We have wifi but the network is not available on the pitch, only in the living room and near the garden table and the barbecue.
Equipment available = electric coffee maker - electric teapot - refrigerator - microwave
food: barbecue.
Electricity available for essential equipment in the bathroom or possibility of accessing an extension cord (additional rate for ice cream parlor, or large equipment in the camper van)
