500 meters from Grenade town center, yet in a quiet location, where every Saturday we hold the region's most famous market (with many local producers) in the remarkable 13th-century covered market hall.
25 minutes from Toulouse
25 minutes from Montauban
Outdoor public parking available
Bus from Grenade, streetcar from Beauzelle 15 minutes away, Blagnac airport 20 minutes away.
Tourist office in Grenade opposite the Halle (I'll be putting together a compendium of information on places to visit).
Grenade is located in the northern suburbs of Toulouse, a town of 9,000 inhabitants with all amenities (various shops, supermarkets, doctors, pharmacies, etc.). We have our own cinema! We're in the middle of a triangle between the Gers, Tarn et Garonne and Tarn rivers. Many walks, village visits, Aéroscopia museum, Cité de l'Espace, Zoo African Safari, etc.). We're on the road to Spain - close to the St Jacques de Compostelle pilgrimage route. Quiet little town, municipal lights off between midnight and 6:00 am. After 6:30-7:00 pm it's very quiet. My house is in a quiet residential area.
The activities
Golf in Seilh (10mn by car) Montauban (25m)
Hiking and cycling
Lots of visits to picturesque villages (St Cirq la popie, Cahors, Albi, but also in the Gers, the Tarn and the Tarn et Garonne ....) and, of course, Toulouse la rose!
5 minutes away (by car): the Château de Merville 31330, with its labyrinth.
In Grenade itself (800m from the house): a skate park with free access for rollerblades, scooters and toboggans - there's also a basketball court, and outdoor exercise equipment (velo heliptique etc..) - all with free access.
Other things

Good morning,
My job was Executive Assistant of a large aeronautics company. I have been retired since 2019, I am 67 years old, I miss contacts a little. I will be delighted to meet new people.
I like reading, dancing (I take ballroom dancing, salsa and rock classes), gardening, crafting, learning/improving modern languages. I like to receive.
I am the grandmother of Hugo (11 years old) and Anaïs (8 years old) who generally spend all the holidays with me, because they are far away.
I have a cat Sekhmet (gray female "the princess"), as well as a rabbit (Panpan that I found in the green space next to my house) who is now 9 years old!
I am outgoing, affable but also calm and don't make/and don't like too much noise.
I have traveled (for my work and my pleasure) to many countries (United States, England, Ireland, Scotland, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Egypt, Jordan, Sri Lanka, Greece, Malta etc... list is not finished! I still have so many other projects!!!
Pleased to welcome you ! ....

Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Tourist tax included in price/night
Rules of decorum in behavior, respect and tranquility of owners (especially after 22:00)
No smoking in my house - but accepted outside (ashtray provided on request)
Arrival from 4:00 pm (before 8:00 pm) - Departure before 11:00 am on the day of departure.
Access to the pool when it is at temperature (normally between June and September) - Opening hours from 10:00 to 20:00 - out of opening hours, the pool is closed by a roller shutter for security. In the case of children, the pool will be closed when parents are not present, under their own supervision and responsibility.
A camping table, chairs and deckchairs will be available near your tent on your pitch for your relaxing evenings!
Children must never be left alone without their parents by the pool.
For the sake of other people and the neighborhood, they should not shout or run around. For your information, the pool is uniformly 1.50 m deep, so avoid deep dives (risk of injury). It's a liner, so avoid sharp objects (no shoes, no rings...).
No ball games on the house grounds - but there's a large public green space right next door for ball games, badminton etc....
On the site in front of the photos, you should know from experience that 2 2-person tents have already been set up (one of which is slightly larger than a 2-person Canadian).
You will be charged 7 euros per night for any additional tent set up on the site (outside your space, i.e. the one in front), in addition to your tent. (e.g. a small "canadienne") to be paid on site. So, if there are several of you, and you have a 3rd small tent - this can be placed at the back of the house near the pool (in this case I'll turn off the pool filtration at night for the peace and quiet - just so you know, my bedroom overlooks this area and at night I can hardly hear the filtration - but for your absolute peace and quiet - I can turn it off for one night!)
It's not possible to empty your camping toilet in my bathroom.
Breakfast: please let us know when you book, at least for the first breakfast - times to be agreed the evening before.
Laundrette 700m away (near Supermarché U or Intermarché) - You can hang your washing on the outside clothesline (clothespins available).
Sorting garbage cans (household, cardboard/plastic and glass) at your disposal - and Compost bin
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask: if I can, I'll do my best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
