About this campspace

A quiet garden, with quick access (day and night) to Paris (metro line 13), Saint-Denis (T1 tramway), La Défense (direct bus)... even Versailles (RER C).
Hope to meet you ! Families welcome.

The neighborhood is a natural area: all the houses in the garden city are surrounded by gardens (greenery, birds, hedgehogs, etc.). All shops (supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacy), cinema, parks and swimming pool accessible within a few hundred meters. And even a large shopping center a little further (2 km).
In the garden: fruit trees (cherries, plums, Mirabelle plums) and, depending on the season, flowers, small fruits (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries...), sometimes a small vegetable garden.
We are gradually developing the premises, please be indulgent...

Activities
Nearby: Paris (15 minutes by metro), the Stade de France (5/6 km, by metro or tram)...
In the town: cinema, municipal aquatic center, several large parks with games for children, lake, sports activities.
Bakery, supermarket and hypermarket, market less than 1 km away.
Shopping centers (open even on Sundays): Les Chanteraines and Enox (1.5/2 km), Qwartz (covered shopping center) a little further.

Other remarks
We respect your choice to be independent but, if you wish, we will be happy to chat and spend time with you, within our respective availability.
We speak English fluently. Exchanges in French or English.

Open hours (independent access to the street at any time, enter and exit as much as you want).
Please be discreet on the terrace/house side in the evening and at night.

Help yourself to fruits and vegetables if you wish, but with caution for the trees and without abuse.

2. A second area (house side) for relaxation (grass and flowers, garden furniture, hanging chair... depending on the season).
3. A semi-buried terrace (private, possibly on loan).

The sanitary facilities
Cold water and electricity in the garden. We welcome vehicles with their own sanitary facilities. The toilets and showers in the basement are accessible at certain times, when the house is open and if we don't have guests.

Cold drinking water at all times (2 taps).
Electricity (outdoor sockets, with extension leads if required).
Waste garbage cans and compost bin (glass container nearby).
