Good morning!
We (my wife, I and our four children) offer you a campsite on our approximately 750 square meter meadow in our garden on the outermost outskirts of Emden in a quiet location.
Unfortunately, no more than two tents and a maximum of 4 adults.
If you want to come with children, that's no problem... (eg two couples with 2 children each, etc.).
Shower and toilet in the house are available when we are at home. Fresh water is always available outside the house.
We live right next to the city forest, a large park in a quiet cul-de-sac.
The connection to public transport (bus) is very good during the day... rather bad at night and on Sundays.
There are several bus lines that go directly to/from the train station.
Within a radius of 1500m there are all sorts of shops and several (also very good) fast food restaurants and yet you feel like you are in a village.
We can only offer one parking space.
In the immediate vicinity there are also many fishing opportunities and a shop where you can buy day permits and fishing accessories.

Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
