About this campspace

Small family campsite : open from May to October.
Shaded and half-shaded pitches, quiet, river nearby.
Animals accepted (2 maximum) with supplement.
Departures before 12 am and arrivals from 2 pm to 8 pm, every day.
Free tempered shower and hot shower (tokens provided included at the rate of 1 per day per person).
Free Wifi internet access at the bakery (2 min walk).

In the countryside, quiet, in a green setting, close to all shops (in the heart of the village, at 100-200m), facing the mountain. Ground of game of bowls and games for children.

-Lake Annecy and its old town
-The Semnoz mountain with its paragliding, summer sledging station, hiking, goat farm
-The belvedere of Mont Revard with its superb view on the lake of Bourget and its surroundings
-The tour of the Bourget lake (visit of the Hautecombe Abbey, wine cellars, oil mill and Chanaz lock...) and the city of Aix-les-Bains (its beach and shops)

-Games for children at the exit of the site (slide, small climbing wall...) as well as a petanque field
- Hiking or mountain biking in the village of Cusy and its surroundings (map next to the pharmacy), adapted according to the difficulty (green to red)
- Robert Bogey sports area/complex with asphalt of 420 m2 in Cusy les Mièges, free of charge (basketball, soccer, badminton, shuttlecock, volleyball, green-volley)
- Boat, pedal boat, water-ski, paddle, windsurf... on the lakes

Sanitary facilities
The covered sanitary facilities (24-hour access) include: 2 hot showers and 1 temperate shower, sinks, a garbage room, toilets (WC + urinals), bins for washing linen and dishes. In addition, water points are distributed throughout the land.

The equipment
Electrical connection to be added on site (not included in the price). Electrical terminals are available on site. Provide an extension cord to plug in.
Possibility of leaving your cell phone charging in the toilets for free.

Caravan converted into a 4-seater bungalow (2 double beds), with wooden awning on floor, on small family campsite, quiet, in the countryside/mountains in the village of Cusy (in Haute-Savoie, 5km from the Savoy).

Located in the heart of the Bauges park, in the Alps (Savoie/Haute-Savoie), 18 km from Annecy and 15 km from Aix-les-Bains (between 2 lakes), with all shops nearby (bakery, tobacco bar, doctors, grocery store, butcher...). Horse riding at 200m. Lake 10 km away, river/fishing 2 km away.

The bungalow includes:
-Kitchen area: gas stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, cookware (pans, etc.), microwave, table, chairs/benches, storage cupboards;
-2 double beds, blankets, pillows, storage cupboards;
-garden table and armchairs, drying rack, barbecue, parasol. Shaded corner.
Water point outside next door.
Need to go to the very close sanitary block for the shower (with tokens provided) and the WC.
Sheets and pillowcases are not provided.
Place to park the car next to the bungalow. Only 1 vehicle per rental.
Only 1 animal allowed per rental.
Petanque. Games for children.

Lots of activities/outings to do in the surrounding area (boat on the lakes, visit to a cheese factory, oil mill, wine cellars, summer tobogganing, little train, visit to the thermal baths of Aix-les-Bains, the Hautecombe Abbey overlooking Lake Bourget...).

Cancellation Policy

Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.

Rules

The reception is open every day. If necessary, I can be reached on my cell phone.
Smokers, children and dogs are welcome.
Common sense rules are practiced:
● No excessive noise pollution. You can of course eat in the garden but don't play loud music, and reduce the sound of your voice after 10 p.m. as this will disturb the neighbors...
● Do not leave trash bags outside: place them directly in the appropriate containers (cats and dogs will tear them open and scatter the trash, etc.)
● No wasting water, we are in a region where water is a precious resource…
● Be careful during your barbecues! Keep it well away from trees and hedges.
● Remember to turn off the lights in the bathrooms.
