Old farmhouse in the countryside, quiet, no neighbors, room to maneuver, access to electricity, tumble dryer, chemical toilet...
We've equipped one caravan with a shower: we fill the tank with hot water, and you can wash up, original, a little taste of adventure with the comforts of home...
Commune of 150 inhabitants, so very very quiet, on a small road at the entrance to the village. Apart from the 5 chickens and the pigeons, you'll be in a very quiet place. ☺️
Beautiful view over the fields of the Seine-et-Marne region, where hinds and hares roam...
Dozens of km of paths around the farm for walking or cycling.
Chenoise (bakery, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurant, hairdresser, butcher, tobacconist, post office, garage) is a 5-minute drive away. We'll be happy to drop you off.
The activities
On site: children's games, swing, trampoline...
Bike rides and walks along quiet paths with rabbits and deer.
5 km: equestrian center
10 km: Provins, a listed medieval town with troubadour shows and birds of prey in summer
40 min: Disney Land without traffic jams, and yes, we're on the right side !!!!
1h30 by train: Paris. So there's no need to find parking for your car in the capital.
Other things
As nomadic travelers, we'd like to share our space with you, so that you can settle in safely and quietly. We also have a converted truck, so we're familiar with the problems of freelance travel.

Living in an old farmhouse 10 minutes from Provins (classified site: medieval city), 1h30 from Paris by train, 40 minutes from Disney, we have room to accommodate camper van, car or converted truck style vehicles. .
We also offer an old caravan available if you need sleeping accommodation.
Being a veteran of the road, I know that it is sometimes difficult to find where to put down our big rigs in complete safety. Do not hesitate to contact me for more information

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
We have 2 sociable bitches (2 and 13 years old) once the introductions have been made. We also have 3 free-range chickens.
Our 6-year-old son plays a lot outside as soon as the weather permits.
