About this campspace

We, and our animals, will be delighted to welcome you to our grounds, away from the town, surrounded by forest, fields and vineyards. You'll have everything you need if you want to be independent during your stay (kitchen, bathroom, dry toilets, etc.).

The campsite is located in the countryside, between forest, fields and vineyards. The only surrounding noise may be farm vehicles at certain times of year and hot-air balloon flights when the weather is not too windy.

The activities
The region is famous for its châteaux (notably the Château de Chenonceaux, a 20-minute walk from the site), but you can also enjoy beautiful walks or bike rides in the surrounding area, canoeing and kayaking on the Cher river (just below the town), wine tasting, hot-air ballooning and more.

The land is located in undergrowth. It is flat with shaded areas where you can pitch your tent. For those who come with it, there is the possibility of parking your car a few meters away.

Sanitary facilities
The toilets are independent of our house, they are open at any time of the day and night and have hot water.
The dry toilets are also independent.

The equipment
The place is located in an area without running electricity. We have solar panels so the use of electricity is limited to the connection of small devices (phone, computer, tablet), small household appliances are not accepted.
An independent kitchen is open to travelers. You can reheat your dishes there (gas stove) as well as store food in a cool place. There is cooking equipment (pan, saucepan, dishes, barbecue, plancha, etc.) on site.
For a small fee, we can provide you with vegetables from the vegetable garden (depending on the season).

Tent loan
We put a 4-person tent at your disposal for a fee of 5 euros per night, to be paid on site. Assembly and disassembly by you.
