The activities
Welcome to the Asinerie A'Me L'Ane! We're delighted to introduce you to our farm and the wonderful world of agriculture and donkeys.
Our asinerie is a unique place where children and adults can learn while having fun. We've designed this space to allow visitors to get closer to nature, understand how a farm works and interact with the donkeys in an educational way.
We offer yurt camping on the farm, ideal for families, couples and friends who want to spend a convivial vacation rich in discovery. Children will be delighted to get close to the donkeys, feed them, stroke them and watch them frolic in the meadows.
We also welcome groups and organize guided tours adapted to each educational level.

At Asinerie A Me L'Âne, we believe in experiential learning and connecting with nature. We want to share our passion for agriculture and make visitors aware of the importance of a harmonious relationship between man, animals and the environment.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.

Entry to paddocks and meadows is forbidden without the presence of a member of the educational team.

The site is under video surveillance to ensure your safety.
The management declines all responsibility in the event of loss or theft on the farm.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be notified by e-mail to asinerie.ame.lane.49@gmail.com. In the event of cancellation between 30 days and 48 hours before arrival, 30% of the stay will be retained. In the event of cancellation less than 48 hours or no-show, the full amount of the stay is due. In case of shortened stay, the total amount of the stay is due.
Contract for exclusive use in booking yurt stays:
The best welcome will be reserved for our guests. The service provider undertakes to ensure that holidaymakers are welcomed with all due care and attention to facilitate their stay and knowledge of the region. You are expected to respect this contract, the yurt, the common areas of the owner's home (living room, reception, outside) and his private areas.
Conclusion of contract : The reservation becomes effective as soon as the customer has validated his booking and made the payments of his choice.
Duration of stay : The customer who signs the present contract concluded for a fixed period may under no circumstances avail himself of any right to remain in the premises.
Cancellation by the customer: All cancellations must be notified by e-mail to asinerie.ame.lane.49@gmail.com. In the event of cancellation between 30 days and 48 hours before arrival, 30% of the stay is due. In the event of cancellation less than 48 hours or no-show, the full amount of the stay is due. In case of shortened stay, the total amount of the stay is due. Amounts due will be retained. The remaining 70% will be paid by cheque or bank transfer.
Cancellation by the supplier: If the supplier cancels the holiday before the start of the holiday, he must inform the customer by e-mail or telephone. Without prejudice to any claims for damages, the customer will be reimbursed immediately for any sums paid.
Arrival : The customer must arrive on the day and at the time specified on the present contract. In the event of late or delayed arrival, the customer must inform the service provider. Arrivals between 4.30 pm and 8.30 pm.
Payment of the balance: Payment of the balance on the day of departure, including any additional charges (consumption, special requests, catering).
Use of premises: The customer must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. He/she undertakes to leave the yurt, kitchen and sanitary facilities in good condition. Common areas must be left clean and tidy. The yurt, kitchen, sanitary facilities and agricultural building are non-smoking.
Capacity: This contract is for a specific number of people. Guests are not authorized to invite their family or friends to the domain. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or breach of contract on the initiative of the service provider, so that in the event of the departure of a greater number of clients than those refused, no reimbursement can be considered.
Parents are reminded that their children remain under their responsibility and strict supervision, both inside and outside.
Animals: Animals live on the estate (dogs, cats, donkeys), but guests' own animals are not permitted. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or breach of contract on the part of the service provider, so that in the event of the customer's departure, no reimbursement can be considered.
Damage, deterioration and theft: Compensation may be claimed in the event of damage, deterioration or theft.
Complaints: All complaints must be addressed to the owner as soon as possible, by registered mail or e-mail.
