WE WELCOME YOU TO OURSELVES.
We will be present nearby, in complete discretion, without intervening in your organization, your privacy or your project, BUT AVAILABLE 24/7 IF YOU REQUEST US, to help you, advise you or guide you.
On our property, with a number of campers voluntarily limited to 10 to 25 people per day (depending on the peak tourist period in the region) and eager to share with you the riches of a region, its landscapes and kindness. of its inhabitants, in a preserved setting, far from all nuisances.
Our primary motivation is to allow travelers to enjoy an exceptional setting and environment.
For this reason, we only welcome travelers for a period of MINIMUM OF TWO NIGHTS ON LOCATION. (We refuse single-night stays).
Our 3 hectare "terraced" land is located in a valley crossed by a small river.
No immediate neighborhood, no local road, and in the heart of the Cinq Terre Natural Park.
Unmarked tent sites with a surface area of 40 to 150 m²
assure you tranquility, discretion and silence.

Each “traveler camper” wishing to settle on our “Castiglione Chiavarese” site declares having read and accepted the general conditions of stay.
VERY IMPORTANT :
OUR ORGANIZATION AND OUR PERSONAL CONSTRAINTS REQUIRE US TO ASK YOU TO TAKE ALL NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS TO BE PRESENT AT VERY PRECISE 4:30 p.m. AT THE MEETING PLACE ON THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to welcome you beyond this time, nor, depending on the circumstances, on the following day(s).
We do not accept bulky “traditional” “motorhomes” or caravans.
“VAN” or converted vehicles are welcome.
We do not recommend long or heavy trailers, which will require a certain amount of dexterity on your part to access our locations.
MAXIMUM ONE VEHICLE and its passengers FOR A LOCATION AND A RESERVATION. Any additional vehicle and its passengers must be subject to an additional DIFFERENTIATED RESERVATION.
Access from the village is via a small tarmac road. The exceptional tranquility of the place requires you to travel the last hundred meters to reach our land, on a private, unpaved road with a slight slope, but entirely suitable for vehicles.
Your pitch must be vacated no later than 2 p.m. on the day of your departure.
No individual electrical outlets on the pitches. Numerous sockets available in the sanitary and common areas. (Power suitable only for powering telephones, computers, razors, kettles, dryers, etc. Not for electric hobs.)
Most of our pitches are large enough and accessible to cars. Otherwise, they will be parked securely close to your equipment.
For reasons of safety and the well-being of our guests, children must remain under the supervision of their parents at all times, not wander alone on the grounds and not disturb the peace and quiet of the premises.
Dogs are welcome if they are not barkers. If their master doesn't let them wander out of their location. IF THEY SYSTEMATICALLY ACCOMPANY THEM DURING HIS EXTERNAL TRAVEL.
If their droppings are scrupulously cleaned. (Please notify us of the presence of an animal at the time of your reservation).
As the region is occasionally subject to water difficulties, participants are recommended to use the taps and showers provided to them sparingly.
Out of respect for other campers, our guests are asked to avoid any noise pollution, shouting or noisy discussions between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Fires on or near the site are strictly prohibited.
Barbecues and standardized cooking appliances should be used with caution.
Well-extinguished cigarettes and butts must under no circumstances be placed in nature or in garbage bins.
We thank you for preferably using the drying racks provided to you to dry your laundry.
The price of the stay on our private land is considered as a participatory ALLOWANCE of the camper to the general operating costs of the structure. (Water/Electricity/General maintenance/Local taxes….etc….)
Not being a traditional and commercial “public” campsite, the traveler-camper declares to assume full responsibility for himself and his loved ones, for any damage he may suffer on our land and its premises whatever the nature. origin. It fully relieves the welcoming owner of any liability in the event of a disaster. (Bad weather… Incidents or material or bodily accidents occurring on the host site, domestic accidents, accidents of natural or structural origins…etc…)
We offer our guests a natural terraced area of 3 hectares planted with olive trees.
Located in a valley, near a pleasant little river (swimming possible) and the village of Castiglione Chiavarese.
This village, located on the immediate heights, overlooks the sea. It is accessible in 15 minutes, by car or by public transport. (A public transport service very close to our land will allow you to travel and access the typical villages of the Cinque Terre as well as the seaside and the towns of the region quickly and at a lower cost)
TO BE CERTAIN THAT THE GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION SUITS YOU, we invite you to consult a road map, to precisely locate our village of Castiglione Chiavarese in the Cinque Terre Natural Park.
Our land, surrounded by nature, is isolated from all noise pollution and close to all amenities. (All shops in the village, located 5 minutes walk from our pitches).
Access to the 5 typical villages of 5 Terres can only be easily envisaged BY TRAIN. (SESTRI LEVANTE station 15 minutes from our site by car / 20 minutes by urban bus).
The connection between this station and the typical villages of the Cinq Terres concerned is completed in a few minutes for minimal transport costs.
We will send you all the practical details on this point once your registration has been confirmed.
We will also send you all the information you need to orient yourself, get around, stroll, have fun or purchase local products during your stay.
Activities
Located at the bottom of a valley, IN THE HEART OF THE CINQ TERRES NATURAL PARK, our land is crossed by a small clear stream, ideal for swimming and cooling off.
In complete discretion, we will be present to allow you to benefit, if you wish, from our perfect knowledge of the region as well as the privileged relationships that we have maintained for over decades with the local population.
We can provide you with maps of walking routes, and provide you with our advice, to enable you to travel with complete peace of mind, on marked trails of all levels.
If you wish, we will be available to advise you on hiking trips... excursions to the villages of the five lands... administrative information... technical assistance of all kinds...
Less than 10 minutes walk from your campsite, you can benefit from complete services in the village center:
Grocery store – Fuel – Tobacco – Post office – Bank and currency distributor – Pharmacy – Dentist – Emergency services…
Typical and family restaurant in the village - numerous restaurants and pizzerias in the surrounding villages and nearby by the sea. (Your reservation confirmed, we will send you precise and personalized documents which will allow you to answer all your questions on these points) .
On site, explanatory documents will remain at your disposal, so that you can take full and effective advantage of all the tourist, sporting and discovery activities in the region. (Visit to the villages of the Cinque Terre... Pisa....Portofino...Genoa....etc...Walking or mountain biking routes on the heights or by the sea....etc...etc. ..)

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.

As we are not a traditional, commercial "public" campsite, the traveler-camper declares that he/she assumes full responsibility for him/herself and his/her family, for any damage he/she may suffer on our grounds and premises, whatever the origin. He/she fully discharges the owner from any liability in the event of damage. (Incidents or accidents involving property or personal injury occurring on the site, domestic accidents, accidents of natural or structural origin, etc.).
