Faysses, "terraces" in Ardèche, of which our land is largely made up!
And in homage to a majestic Beech, probably well over a hundred years old, co-guardian of the place.

Our family has been here for 3 years and we are seeking to restore this place to its former colors by reopening meadows and grazing sheep.
Our main activities are hospitality, agriculture and magnetism.
