About this campspace
Land that can accommodate 2 motorhomes, including car and/or motorcycle trailer.
Stabilized ground in case of bad weather, or grassy ground if the weather allows it with the possibility of providing wedges. The access is suitable for all types of motorhomes.
Land in the countryside, where I have a small backyard and fruit trees.
The view offers a panorama on the Futuroscope park and the city of Poitiers.
The activities
Futuroscope park at 15 mn.
Saint Cyr leisure park at 10 mn.
Hiking trail from our yard in the vineyards of Haut Poitou.
Possibility of buying artisanal and typical goat cheese of the area in a cheese factory at 2 mn with feet.

Having land that can accommodate vehicles, I make it available for people passing through my region, in order to exchange our different routes and being a collector of old cars, this will allow certain motorhome drivers to make a nice stopover

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
Arrival from 5 pm until the next day ..............
The access is independent from our house entrance.
You are free to smoke in the yard.
Children are welcome (I have some games according to the age).
Animals are also welcome, but please note that the yard is not completely enclosed.
Cars and/or motorcycles brought with the campers can be parked next to the campers and possibly sheltered in case of bad weather (I am talking about the motorcycles).
