The plot of land nestles on the beautiful natural site of Ile aux Pies Natura 2000 in the heart of southern Brittany, 10 minutes between La Gacilly and the historic town of Redon, at the crossroads of the Vilaine, Nantes-Brest canal, Oust and Aff waterways.
