Holidaymakers, hikers, cyclists, fishermen and horse riders, we welcome you to share our place and environment in all simplicity!
Our small rural commune of Saint-André-des-Eaux is located in Côtes d'Armor, less than 10km south of Dinan, ideally situated for discovering north-east Brittany in a peaceful, natural setting.
Our commune has a bistro with various cultural activities and a cooperative grocery store. All amenities are less than 5 km away in Evran. Hiking trails, the Ille et Rance canal and a leisure center with a fishing zone are all within easy reach on foot or by bike. We're also close to the crossroads of 2 V3 and V2 cycle routes, as well as an equestrian itinerary.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
We prefer to welcome you at the end of the afternoon from 5pm onwards, and depart before 12pm, depending on availability. We need to be there when you arrive to give you all the information you need to make your stay with us a success!
