About this campspace

Hello, we offer you our garden between the Serengeti Park Hodenhagen and Heide-Park Soltau, near the Vogelpark Walsrode, for camping. There is only space for tents.

You can store your bike safely and dry overnight. The use of the bathroom in the house with toilet, sink and shower as well as a power connection and the washing machine is no problem after prior agreement and for a fee! Otherwise there is an outdoor shower (solar shower) and a separation/composting toilet in the garden.

A workplace in the house or outside on the terrace as well as the use of WiFi are also possible after prior agreement and for a fee.

For cozy hours in the evening and/or to look at the stars at night, you are welcome to use the garden furniture provided. The use of a grill or fire bowl is also possible by arrangement.

The “Garden” is also very easy to reach by train from Hanover or Hamburg. It is located about 1km from the train station, so about 5 minutes by bike or about 12 minutes on foot.

Walsrode Bird Park: approx. 2.5 km (on foot/bike), approx. 3 km (car)
Serengeti Park Hodenhagen: approx. 17 km (car/bike)
Heide-Park Soltau: approx. 30 km (car), alternatively by train (5 stations)
