There are 12 spacious camping spots (approx. 80m2), equipped with private sanitary facilities, water, electricity (10 amps incl. 4 kWh per day, additional consumption pay on departure €0.40 per kWh)

The campsite is located in the Anna Paulownapolder. The campsite has 6 camper pitches, all with water, electricity and drainage.
An excellent base for a holiday in the Noordkop!
Den Helder, a city with a maritime character, is a 15-minute drive from the campsite. Visit one of the city's museums, visit fortresses from the Napoleonic era, walk through the dunes or relax on one of the beaches.
Schagen is a short 20-minute drive from De Tulpenweide campsite. A cozy center with several catering establishments where you can enjoy a snack and a drink. From July to September, West Frisian Folklore takes place every Thursday; Place; a parade of people in original West Frisian costumes, with a West Frisian market next to it.
The city of Alkmaar is less than a 40-minute drive from the campsite, known for its cheese market, picturesque streets and cozy city centre. Prefer to discover Alkmaar in a different way? Book a cruise and get a unique view of the city from the water.

Things to do in the area
- Get a breath of fresh air on one of the beaches, cycle or walk through the extensive bulb region, visit one of the surrounding towns, each of which has something unique to offer, or take the ferry for a day on Texel; there is no shortage of activities and sights!
- In the immediate vicinity of camping De Tulpenweide are the towns of Breezand and Anna Paulowna. Surrounded by bulb fields, the ideal landscape for cycling and walking tours. Prefer a more adventurous day? Visit Landgoed Hoenderdaell, a zoo where the animals are not locked up, but roam freely in their spacious enclosures. Fun for young and old!

We hadden een supertof verblijf op camping De Tulpenweide. Onze tent stond mooi in de schaduw van de bomen, wat met het extreem warme weer heel goed van pas kwam. We hebben genoten van een mooie, ruime plek op de camping met ons eigen sanitair. Dat was trouwens tip top in orde. Een echte aanrader!
How was the contact with the host?
We hadden meteen een fijn contact met Ferdy en Tanja. Ze zijn allebei heel erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Vlotte communicatie en hele goede service (o.a. broodjes bij het ontbijt).
Tips for new guests?
Ga zeker eens met de geitjes eten geven, tof om te doen!

Rules
We would like to keep our campsite green and tidy for the next camping guests. That is why we only allow TENT CARPET. The use of non-breathable groundsheets in your awning/under your awning is not allowed
You may of course put your household waste in the containers, but no other bulky waste (awnings, cupboards, etc.)
It is not allowed to walk on the agricultural land around the campsite.
Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
