The land is located a little away from the village, at the edge of the forest.
A border of trees separates the land from the path, allowing a certain privacy.
The land is left mainly fallow, we only clear it when we use it, to leave the wild fauna and flora alone.
The land is not connected to water or electricity, but you can get water and charge your phones in the house, two streets up.
There is a dry toilet and a compost (be sure to take a trash bag for your non-degradable waste!)
There is a designated place to have a barbecue.
The village is surrounded by 3 forests and is the starting point for several walks.
In the nearby surroundings, there is Laroche and its castle ruins, Marche-en-Famenne and its statues, romantic Durbuy.
There are also adventure centers (acrobranche, zipline, climbing, etc.), bike or horseback rides, caves to visit, etc.

If the municipality is on fire alert (this can happen during the summer) and prohibits fires, you will not be able to have a fire or a barbecue.
Normal nighttime noise rules apply (no unwanted noise after 10 p.m.). That said, the terrain being a bit isolated from the village allows music and conversations until late at night, as long as it does not disturb other campers.
If other campers are on the site with you, please show respect and attention: the noise stops when the first ones go to sleep.
You won't leave anything behind when you leave.
Please remember to take trash bags with you, there are no plastic/metal/glass trash cans in the garden.
There is compost accessible on the ground.
