About this campspace

A beautiful meadow orchard (with still very small trees) awaits you directly at our Mühlgraben. The pitch is shaded by trees. The ground is flat, making it ideal for camping.

There is a great view of mountains and the Wehretal. The weir is the stream that drives our mill. It rises on the Hoher Meißner, the more than 800 meter high mountain that gives our district its name: Werra-Meißner-Kreis.

Barbecue facilities and a fireplace are available. Here you can enjoy the evening sun with beautiful sunsets and listen to the soft murmur of the brook.

The meadow is on the edge of the village of Oetmannshausen. There are beautiful trails for hiking and biking.

The district town of Eschwege can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. You need about half an hour to reach Eisenach or Kassel.

We ourselves live with two dogs and a cat in the old water mill. So we're happy to support you if you need anything.
