Great! Wonderfully quiet overnight stay on the farm. Everything was beautiful, cared for and above all very clean. Small children are also thought of with a trampoline and small playground! Highly recommended!

Together with friends we spent a camping weekend with Jelte and his family in Friesland. We were traveling with our own tent, our friends stayed in the rented tent, which was fully equipped. The sanitary facilities were very clean and there is even a refrigerator that guests are allowed to use.

The campspace itself is beautifully situated on Jelte's father's farm. From the tent you can see the vastness of the pasture landscape and not only can you see the sun going down, but also the moon rising.

Jeltes Campspace is also great for families with children. The country itself is very clear. With chickens, ponies and play equipment such as a large trampoline, swing and seesaw, there is plenty for the little ones to experience here.

The contact with the hosts was very nice. Jelte's father welcomed us personally and both he and Jelte and his wife provided us with insider tips for excursions in the area.

What a peace & quiet at this beautifully situated campsite, in the middle of Friesland! The campsite is located behind/next to a farm with chickens and ponies. The view is unbelievably beautiful and far. Spacious place for your tent, you can stand wherever you want. Clean sanitary facilities and also a room where you can play inside (for the kids) and where there is a fridge that you can use. For the children there is a trampoline and a swing.

How was the contact with the host?
The contact with the owners was very smooth and informal. We were warmly welcomed and we could ask anything. They are very accessible and interested.

Tips for new guests?
- Make a cozy fire in the fire bowl in the evening (don't forget the marshmallows)
- Enjoying the sunsets
- Cycling or walking on the Slachtedyk
- Cuddle ponies at the campsite
